Link Kaboom! Move Me.

11-23 by Sally Jane Vintage
*Sigh* My posting has been pitiful at best. I extend my deepest apologies - moving has overwhelmed every ounce of my being. It also does not help that the new house (which is AMAZING) does not have any internet currently. I have to admit, it is almost a relief, as I tend to stare at the world wide web with the glazed-eye devotion of a drugged lab rat when in a 20 foot radius of anything with a signal. Thanks to the help of some amazing people I am gifted to call friends, we moved the majority of me and Fiance Kaboom's poop this weekend. So the light at the end of the moving tunnel is in sight, and with it should be a return to our normal internet-y programming.
Also, still no word from Best Buy about my camera. I am officially urked, and will be yelling at someone promptly. In the meantime, some of the current diamonds of that mine field we call the internet...
10 Very Good Reasons Why You Should Grow a Giant Beard: Beards are awesome. I am always trying to convince Fiance Kaboom! to grow one (he grows a beaut), but he insists when he kisses me with one, it feels like I have a beard! Doh.
Whay All Little Children Should Speak French: After watching this (and consequently scraping my brains off the floor), I made the decision that when I have children, I am keeping them in an isolation chamber, and only immersing them in French their first 3 years. Sacre cute.
The magic of make-up, photography and a good model: Before you ask, this was not done with Photoshop, but good, old fashioned makeup and angles. A stunning example of what a good photographer can achieve.
Nowplayit.com: Think Guitar Hero for real musicians. This site is packed with tutorials that show you how to play your favorite songs, many BY the actual artists. I am all over getting my sister to learn to play Au Revoir Simone.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Trailer: FINALLY. I had to wait almost as long for this as Chinese Democracy, except this is sure not to suck. Dum DUM da dum dum, du DUM dah...
